Part of the job is marketing and part of it is actual accounting work. "Compensation is based on three parts. Salary plus bonuses on new clients plus commission on thresholds of billable hours. Basically I can work as hard or light as I want. There are fully paid company benefits-medical, dental, disability, and a company matching 401K."
